Klock Werks has expanded its Tire Hugger Front Fender series to include the 2020-2024 BMW R 18, R 18 B and R 18 Transcontinental models.

Klock Werks recognized the unique style and performance of the BMW R 18, R 18 B, and R 18 Transcontinental and wanted to offer its Tire Hugger Front Fenders for these models. Known for original fender designs that hug the tire closely for a refined, streamlined look, Klock Werks saw an opportunity to bring its lineup to these BMW models. With the Tire Hugger Front Fender Fit Kit, Klock Werks extends its series beyond Harley-Davidson and Indian motorcycles, offering BMW riders a custom fender solution.
All Klock Werks front fenders, including the Tire Hugger Front Fender for the BMW R 18s and R 18 Transcontinental, are stamped from 14-gauge steel using precision, deep-draw stamping technology. This method ensures a consistently smooth finish, minimizing the need for bodywork. The 14-gauge steel construction is rigid enough to serve as a fork brace, enhancing the stability of the motorcycle. Each fender is laser-cut using five-axis technology for precise fitment and direct bolt-on installation. To further enhance durability, the fenders undergo an electro-static coating process to resist rust and corrosion, even after painting.
Made in the U.S., the Tire Hugger Front Fender Fit Kit comes complete with the fender, aluminum mounting blocks and all necessary hardware. The mounting blocks are machined from billet aluminum with a raw finish, ensuring perfect spacing and easy installation.
