Since its inception in 2011, the Diavel has sparked enthusiasm and achieved great success thanks to its unique design which blends muscular, sporty, exaggerated and elegant features. Numerous awards from important design institutions have evidenced this.

With the 2025 model year, the Diavel V4 becomes even bolder with the new “Black Roadster Livery” revealed at Intermot 2024. Created by the Centro Stile Ducati, these fresh graphics draw on colors tied to the heritage of the Borgo Panigale manufacturer and the Diavel. The Racing Yellow, highlighted on the tank and in the stripes on the tail and side panels, “lights up” the color scheme that combines black and titanium tones, crafting a livery that puts the Diavel V4 even more in the spotlight. The new seat covering enhances the uncompromising design, giving the Diavel even more character.

Inspired by muscle cars, the Diavel V4 reinterprets the image of an athlete poised at the starting blocks, with mass concentrated at the front and an agile, slim tail. The signature front and rear light clusters and naturally full-LED direction indicators also define the unmistakable look of the Diavel V4. The rear light cluster, composed of a matrix of point-shaped LEDs positioned under the tail, presents a unique, spectacular solution that makes the bike immediately recognizable.

The Diavel V4 features a 1,158 cc V4 Granturismo engine, central to its design and a highly sophisticated technical solution derived from the Desmosedici used by Ducati in MotoGP. With a powerful output of 168 horsepower, rich torque and an extremely light and compact build, it operates fluidly and smoothly even at low revs. Thanks to timing control with spring return, it also offers benchmark maintenance intervals, with valve clearance checked every 36,000 miles.

The Twin Pulse firing order paired with the model-specific exhaust system, featuring a four-exit silencer, gives the exhaust its unmistakable timbre. Another distinctive feature of the Diavel V4 is its substantial 240/45 rear tire. The five-spoke alloy wheels, highlighted with machined surfaces, are among the most refined aspects of its appearance.

In just two years, the Diavel V4 has garnered the Good Design Award from the “Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design,” received a Special Mention in the Excellent Product Design category at the German Design Awards 2024 and was named “Best of the Best” in the prestigious Red Dot Award 2024. These accolades enhance the already established reputation of previous Diavel models, solidifying Ducati’s design as the most appreciated globally. The Diavel has also captivated fans of luxury four-wheel vehicles, evident in the numbered and limited series of Ducati Diavel for Bentley, a collector’s item born from the collaboration between Ducati and Bentley, presented with the seventh episode of the World Première 2024.

The new Diavel V4 in Black Roadster Livery is available on the new configurator, where enthusiasts can design the bike of their dreams with Ducati Performance accessories and view it in various settings.

Key V-STROM 1050DE Features

  • Coated with a dynamic Glass Sparkle Black/Metallic Matte Black No. 2 paint combination with silver and red accents, the V-STROM 1050DE’s ADV-themed styling retains Suzuki’s original rally-beak look, paying homage to past Suzuki Dakar Rally bikes and the DR-Big large-displacement DualSport.

  • Especially designed for off-pavement use, an engine protector constructed of three-millimeter (0.12-inch) aluminum plate shields the front and bottom of the frame, exhaust header and engine from trail debris.
  • The V-STROM 1050DE receives a unique, smaller windscreen designed to maximize visibility when riding on dirt trails and on gravel roads. Over three inches (80 millimeters) shorter and slightly narrower than the V-STROM 1050 windscreen, it has been developed to reduce wind buffeting to the rider’s helmet.
  • The V-STROM 1050DE has a 1.57-inch wider (40 millimeters overall, 20 millimeters per side) tapered aluminum handlebar. Cast in thicker tubing from a softer grade of aluminum than the V-STROM 1050 handlebar, this construction allows more flex when riding on unpaved surfaces and better shock absorption for greater comfort. In addition, the wider grip position provides enhanced comfort particularly when standing on the foot pegs to negotiate rough terrain.
  • Because of the suspension changes, front wheel diameter and chassis geometry, the V-STROM 1050DE ground clearance is one inch more than the V-STROM 1050. This helps the motorcycle ride over uneven terrain without touching the bottom of the frame to the ground.
    • Ground clearance V-STROM 1050DE: 7.5 inches (190 millimeters)
    • Ground clearance V-STROM 1050: 6.5 inches (165 millimeters)

The post New Moto Guzzi V7 Range appeared first on Motorcycle & Powersports News.

]]>
Approaching its 60th anniversary — the first model launched in 1967 — the Moto Guzzi V7 remains the purest embodiment of Moto Guzzi DNA: an authentic motorcycle full of character. This Italian masterpiece continues to evolve while staying true to its heritage.

Since its rebirth in 2008, the Moto Guzzi V7 has followed a consistent evolutionary path, building increasing appreciation among a broad, diverse audience. After a significant update in 2021 introducing the 850cc engine, the 2025 Moto Guzzi V7 range offers notable styling and technical enhancements and welcomes back a legendary name. Alongside the well-known V7 Stone and V7 Special, the new Moto Guzzi V7 Sport debuts as the most technologically advanced V7 to date.

The iconic air-cooled transverse V-twin engine with shaft drive — a unique configuration worldwide — embraces the new Euro 5+ regulations and has undergone significant improvements, including adopting multi-map Ride-by-Wire throttle control. This innovation allows for more precise, customizable power delivery and includes cruise control as standard. Power has increased by 4%, but above all, a much stronger and smoother torque curve delivers immediately noticeable benefits across all conditions.

The new Moto Guzzi V7 Sport combines iconic styling with modern technological innovation. As the most dynamic and advanced V7 ever produced, it features new USD forks, dual front disc brakes, a dedicated Sport riding mode and an inertial platform for enhanced traction control and Cornering ABS functionality.

A Unique Style, Perfected in Every Detail

The V7’s stylistic balance is a masterful blend of Moto Guzzi heritage and contemporary motorcycle technology, further refined with details that emphasize its clean, essential lines and enhance the perception of high-quality construction.

The 21-liter metal fuel tank, the largest in its class, showcases the cylinder heads of the sculptural 90-degree V-twin. New side panel designs, a shorter rear mudguard and a more aggressive exhaust configuration give the V7 a sleeker, dynamic look.

Attention to detail extends to features like the new, ergonomically shaped ignition key with the stylized eagle logo.

While the V7 Special stays true to the spirit of the original model with an elegant, chrome-rich appearance, it now includes a full LED lighting system — replacing the analogue instrument cluster and halogen headlamp — and features a daytime running light (DRL) that defines the shape of the Moto Guzzi eagle, as well as the digital instrument cluster previously seen on the V7 Stone.

Operated by convenient new switch cubes, the single, round LCD instrument cluster — standard across all models — has updated graphics and additional features, such as the selected riding mode and speed setting via cruise control. The V7 Sport also includes a fuel level indicator.

Thus, each version speaks the same design language while maintaining its unique personality. This is evident in the new V7 Sport, which stands out for its many specific features and dedicated finishes, including newly designed sporty lightweight alloy wheels, aluminum headlight brackets, bar-end mirrors, handlebar top clamp, aluminum inserts on the side panels and a sports seat with red stitching.

The Most Powerful and Efficient Engine in V7 History

There are many twin-cylinder engines in the world, but only one transverse V-twin: the Moto Guzzi twin, created in 1967 by engineer Giulio Cesare Carcano. Its unique cylinder configuration makes it an integral part of the motorcycle’s design.

The architecture remains iconic: a 90-degree transverse V-twin, air-cooled with pushrod and rocker arm distribution and two valves per cylinder — a proud tradition at Mandello. The displacement is 853cc, and the bore and stroke ratio is 84-by-77 millimeters.

Compliant with the new Euro 5+ standards, the most powerful and efficient engine in the model’s history is at the heart of the new V7 range. Maximum power has increased by 4%, from 65 horsepower at 6,800 rpm to 67.3 horsepower at 6,900 rpm. More significantly, torque has grown from 73 newton-meters at 5,000 rpm to 79 newton-meters at 4,400 rpm, with 95% of torque available at 3,500 rpm. This translates to much more flexible performance, especially at low and medium revs, enhancing comfort and riding pleasure for daily commuting and adding excitement for more dynamic riding.

The engine control debuts electronic Ride-by-Wire multi-map control with a single 52-millimeter throttle body, replacing the traditional cable throttle. This system enables precise throttle opening, optimizing overall efficiency and fuel consumption, while Ride-by-Wire allows for convenient electronic management of parameters — such as Moto Guzzi Traction Control (MGCT) and throttle response — through riding modes. ROAD and RAIN riding modes are available across all models, while the SPORT mode has been developed specifically for the V7 Sport.

The adoption of Ride-by-Wire has also permitted the use of more aggressive valve lift profiles, boosting performance.

Further enhancements include a 27% increase in airbox volume and improved piston cooling, achieved through an enhanced oil jet system that contributes to the engine’s high reliability, even with its increased performance levels. The exhaust system has also been optimized for smoother torque delivery, featuring a third lambda sensor to meet the new Euro 5+ requirements.

Other outstanding engine features, such as the valve system with roller tappets, aluminum pushrods for the rocker arms and lightweight pistons with 20-millimetertrna diameter pins, remain unchanged. The Moto Guzzi small block is also fuel efficient, with minimal power-draining components (its pushrod and rocker arm distribution system is one of the most efficient at minimizing power loss) and has no cooling pump or long timing chains or belts.

The dry clutch incorporates a reinforced disc beneath the clutch plate and a high- performance clutch disc; a triple-slot synchronization system reduces engagement noise and transmission play, especially in first gear. The final drive features a generously sized, double-jointed offset driveshaft with a robust bevel gear, ensuring durability and reliability in handling the twin-engine’s powerful torque output.

Complete Electronics for Easy, Fun and Safe Riding

The new Moto Guzzi V7 offers an even more extensive suite of electronic features to enhance the rider’s experience in daily use, touring and dynamic riding. The Ride-by-Wire throttle offers the advantage of Riding Modes, designed to make the riding experience easier and safer.

Each riding mode includes specific calibrations for MGCT (which can be disabled) and tailored throttle responses. The ABS is a two-channel Continental system, permanently active on both wheels.

The following two riding modes are available for the V7 Stone and V7 Special:

  • ROAD: designed for smooth, enjoyable riding. It provides moderate MGCT traction control and a progressive throttle response.
  • RAIN: Ideal for reduced traction on wet surfaces, allowing you to ride with maximum safety. This mode features the highest level of traction control and a gentler throttle response.

However, on the V7 Sport, electronics take a significant leap forward by adopting a six-axis inertial platform. Using internal accelerometers and gyroscopes, the system detects the motorcycle’s position relative to the road, recording and processing riding inputs and sending data to the engine control unit (ECU). This enables even finer and more precise management of the electronic controls, activating the Cornering ABS and Cornering Traction Control functions. These functions can modulate braking power and engine output based on the lean angle, enhancing safety and performance.

Specifically developed for the V7 Sport, the additional SPORT riding mode offers minimal traction control intervention, designed to enhance thrilling rides on dry asphalt with added safety. It also includes an engine map with a more responsive and dynamic throttle feel. The cornering-optimized ABS is active on both wheels.

All V7 models come with cruise control as standard, allowing the rider to maintain a set speed. Activating the system is as simple as pressing and holding the designated button on the left switch cube.

A Chassis Dedicated to Riding Pleasure, Further Enhanced for the V7 Sport

The V7’s enjoyable handling has a long heritage: In 1970, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) selected the V7 Police, demonstrating the brand’s mastery of motorcycle dynamics even overseas.

The steel frame retains its classic double cradle design with detachable sections and the distinctive weight distribution that has become a hallmark of this model in recent years. The already successful seat-handlebar-footpeg triangulation remains unchanged, ensuring comfort for riders of all sizes, thanks to the low seat and well-positioned aluminum footpegs.

For suspension, the V7 Stone and V7 Special retain the traditional 40-millimeter telescopic fork, while the V7 Sport introduces a new preload adjustable 41-millimeter USD fork, underscoring this model’s focus on sportier, more dynamic riding. Lightweight alloy spoked wheels complement this. Unique to the V7 Sport and 1.8 kilograms lighter than those on the V7 Stone, they enhance handling.

The generously sized, preload-adjustable twin shock absorbers ensure a comfortable ride, even on uneven surfaces. They offer a progressive and controlled response in all conditions, including with a passenger on board.

The new V7 Sport also introduces an enhanced braking system for consistently strong braking performance, even during dynamic riding. The front features dual 320-millimeter floating stainless steel discs paired with Brembo monobloc radial-mount four-piston calipers, all controlled by a more responsive master cylinder.

The braking system on the V7 Stone and V7 Special remains unchanged. It features a single 320-millimeter front disc with a four-piston Brembo caliper, providing reliable, modulated braking in any situation. All models include a 260-millimeter rear disc with a two-piston caliper.

Versions and Colors

Moto Guzzi V7 Stone

The V7 Stone is the most eclectic and minimalist version of the Mandello “eight and a half.” True to recent tradition, it features no chrome details, instead embracing the darkness of matte black paint paired with a seat equipped with a passenger strap.

A new logo on the side panels complements the six-spoke cast wheels.

The V7 Stone is available in two satin finishes: Nero Ruvido and Blu Profondo.

Moto Guzzi V7 Special

The V7 Special is closest to the spirit of the original model. It is classic and elegant with many chrome details and comes in two glossy finishes: Nero Smeraldo and Bianco 1969. The spoked wheels feature polished rims and black hubs. Like the other versions, it includes a single round digital display and an LED headlamp with a DRL outlining the Moto Guzzi eagle, framed by a chrome bezel.

The V7 Special also features machined cylinder cooling fins and a dedicated black seat.

Moto Guzzi V7 Sport

The new V7 Sport is instantly recognizable from the front, thanks to technical features like the USD forks and dual front brake discs, which create a more dynamic presence at first glance, along with the six-spoke wheels featuring a new sporty design.

There are many unique details, such as the refined aluminum headlight brackets, aluminum inserts on the side panels and a custom-designed handlebar top clamp with a laser etched V7 Sport logo.

Bar-end mirrors enhance the sleeker look, while the dedicated black seat includes sporty red stitching.

The V7 Sport is available in two colors: Verde Legnano, a classic shade from the first V7 Sport, and Grigio Lario, in a pastel finish.

Original Moto Guzzi Accessories

The already extensive range of original Moto Guzzi V7 accessories, designed to personalize the motorcycle in a fun and safe way while enhancing comfort and functionality, has been further expanded.

Some of the key new additions to the extensive catalogue include:

The Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello roadster appeared at EICMA with an all-new, extended range for 2025.

The Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello S version, which already comes equipped with a host of technological equipment — including the Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension, bi-directional quick shift gearbox, heated handgrips, tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and Moto Guzzi MIA multimedia platform — now boasts the PFF Rider Assistance Solution system too, offering an even more comprehensive premium setup.

The innovative rider assistance platform that first appeared on the Moto Guzzi Stelvio, developed by Piaggio Fast Forward, is based on imaging radar 4-D technology and makes riding safer in all situations, courtesy of the forward collision warning (FCW), blind spot information system (BLIS) and lane change assist (LCA) functions.

2025 Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello S

All versions, powered by the 1,042cc two-cylinder compact block engine (which now complies with Euro 5+ regulations) benefit from improvements made to the transmission and already introduced on the Stelvio, which ensure smoother and softer gear changes.

Another new detail that already features on the Stelvio is the central radiator guard, which integrates perfectly with the lines of the bike, protecting against stone chips that may fly up whilst riding.

New Graphics and Finishes

The Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello comes in two new metallic matte colors, Blu Oceano and Grigio Titanio, which emphasize its edgy appearance, complemented by matte black painted wheels and black engine cylinder heads.

The V100 Mandello S is visually richer and features two-tone paintwork in two color variants: Verde Ghiaccio and Rosso Lava. The rims, the engine cylinder heads and the forks are finished in gold.

The New Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello Wind Tunnel

The Mandello V100 range is further extended with the arrival of a very special version, which highlights the close links between Moto Guzzi bikes and cutting-edge technology: the Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello Wind Tunnel. This latest addition was created to celebrate the 70th anniversary of an extraordinary engineering work by Moto Guzzi: the wind tunnel that astounded the world of motorcycling in the 1950s, making the House of the Eagle an aerodynamics pioneer.

During an era when fairing shapes were fundamentally the result of empirical trial and error, Moto Guzzi was the first manufacturer in the world to take a scientific approach to creating this component via tests carried out with this extraordinary new structure, designed by Carlo and Giuseppe Guzzi and officially opened on April 12, 1954.

The wind tunnel represents a real milestone in both Italian and global motorcycling history and is still an icon of the historic factory in Mandello del Lario. It evokes a very important technological heritage, which inspires Moto Guzzi in the manufacture of every model it makes.

2025 Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello Wind Tunnel

This is especially true of the Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello, a concentration of innovation and the very first motorbike in the world with adaptive aerodynamics, a system which adjusts the position of the deflectors on the sides of the tank depending on the speed and the riding mode selected. Until now, this technology had not been explored in the world of two-wheelers; it enables the overall dimensions to remain contained, offering protection and comfort only when necessary and required by the rider. The shape of the Mandello V100 was also developed through more than 200 hours of CFD calculations and tests in the wind tunnel.

The Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello Wind Tunnel is distinguished by the most evocative of all Moto Guzzi colors: the livery is red with a black tail section and front mudguard, while the tank is enveloped by elegant black graphics on the side and edged with gold detailing that echoes the shade of the engine cylinder heads.

The Wind Tunnel special edition offers an exhaustive range of technical equipment as standard, including the Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension, inertial platform, cornering anti-lock brakes (ABS) and bi-directional quick shift gearbox, as well as the Moto Guzzi MIA multimedia platform, TPMS and heated handgrips.

An Increasingly Comprehensive Catalogue of Accessories

For 2025, the range of original accessories designed for the Mandello V100 range is also bigger than ever, with the arrival of a new dedicated tank bag and a new Cardan shaft guard.

The PFF Rider Assistance Solution system rear radar, which serves as the BLIS as well as providing the LCA function, is offered as an accessory on the V100 Mandello and V100 Mandello Wind Tunnel. The system also includes rear-view mirrors with built-in LED lights, which illuminate to warn of potential dangers.

Zero Motorcycles has unveiled the “All Access” strategic initiative, a bold plan to lead the next era of transformation in two-wheeled transportation by making Zero’s premium electric experience accessible to more consumers around the world. Over the next two years, Zero will introduce six brand-new models across multiple new vehicle segments all priced under $10,000, dramatically expanding access to more riders.

The first phase of this strategic plan introduces the all-new X Line, featuring the versatile and lightweight XE and XB models. Both bikes deliver the intuitive riding experience, fun and agility that Zero Motorcycles is known for, offering options that are perfectly suited for both off-road and urban riding. Equipped with removable batteries, switchable traction control and factory-tuned suspension, the XB and XE showcase the seamless power delivery and advanced engineering Zero riders know and love. These new models join the rest of Zero’s award-winning lineup, the most complete range of electric models in the industry.

X Line: Proven Performance, Exceptional Value

Benefitting from two decades of Zero’s pioneering leadership in electric motorcycle technology, the new 2025 X Line models retain the brand’s signature performance: thrilling acceleration, intuitive interfaces and sleek design. Backed by over 180 million miles of real-world ride data intelligence from Zero’s model range, the XE and XB embody Zero’s mission to offer broader access to electric riding.

Category-leading rear wheel torque pairs with factory tuned suspension, switchable traction control and a swappable 4.3-kilowatt-hour battery to bring signature Zero performance to the trails. Zero’s hallmark, seamless power delivery and full-color 2.5-inch TFT dash combines to create a bike with serious power that is still incredibly easy to ride. The North American Zero XE will be available for a competitive $6,495 and is intended for off-road riding. In Europe, the Zero XE will be sold as a street-legal model off the showroom floor at €6,500, including tax.

2025 Royal Enfield Bear 650 https://www.motorcyclepowersportsnews.com/2025-royal-enfield-bear-650/ Mon, 04 Nov 2024 19:00:00 +0000 https://www.motorcyclepowersportsnews.com/?p=203673 Powered by Royal Enfield’s celebrated 650cc parallel twin, the Bear 650 combines authentic scrambler styling and uncompromising spirit.

Isolation from reality, flagrant audacity, complete disregard for the outcome and listening to the GUT; this best describes the mindset of motorcycle racers and is certainly the perfect description for the 16-year-old rookie from the Checkers Motorcycle Club — Eddie Mulder, a.k.a. Fast Eddie — who in 1960 became (and still remains) the youngest champion to tame the brutal Californian desert race, the Big Bear Run.

In 1960, the unforgiving Mojave Desert served as a backdrop for the Big Bear Run; the biggest, baddest race the Californian desert had ever witnessed. With no rules, roads or tech, and only cacti and coyotes for spectators alongside 765 other riders, Eddie Mulder shocked the racing world as he surged first across the finish line in 4-hrs and 21-minutes, igniting a legacy that reverberates through the ages. Astride his 500cc Royal Enfield Fury and fueled by instinct, unwavering determination and gut, Eddie was one among only 197 who made it to the end of the finish line.

When asked about what he thought was the turning point for him in the race, Eddie Mulder said, “I was in thirteenth place when I lost control and took a tumble down a ravine. I hauled up the bike and inspected the damage. The handlebars were bent right back, the header pipe had been wrenched out of the cylinder head and one shock absorber was busted. I heaved the bars into shape and kicked the header pipe back into place. Couldn’t do anything about the broken shock absorber, so I rode the rest of the race on just one.”

Sixty-four years later, that fearless spirit has sparked the inspiration for a motorcycle that embodies that indomitable grit and determination in its soul — the new Royal Enfield Bear 650, a stylish and versatile scrambler. Designed for riders who trust their instinct and stand out from the rest, the Bear 650 is more than just a motorcycle. It is a journey, a statement and a reminder to follow your gut. With its versatile capabilities, robust engineering and distinct scrambler aesthetic, the Bear 650 is poised to redefine the riding experience for “scrambler-ers” across the globe, inviting them to forge their own path one ride at a time.

Speaking about the inspiration, conception and design of the Bear 650, B Govindarajan, CEO of Royal Enfield, said, “We’ve always drawn deep inspiration for our motorcycles from our community and from our riders who’ve achieved extraordinary feats. Our inspiration for the Bear 650 came from one such legendary story — Eddie and that of the 1960 Big Bear Run. The Bear 650 channels the same spirit of raw instinct, sheer impulse, relentless determination and embodies the ethos of a true scrambler ‘full-send’ mindset and DNA. It is built to deliver confidence and control across all terrains — whether you are navigating urban streets or dusty trails. The Bear 650 is not just about performance; it’s about versatility, resilience and an uncompromising spirit.”

In Gut We Trust and the Gut Roars!

The Bear 650 is fueled by gut feel and powered by Royal Enfield’s globally renowned 650-twin platform. Known for its smooth performance and character, the engine delivers a robust 47 brake-horsepower (34.6 kilowatts) at 7,250 rpm and a maximum torque of 56.5 newton-meters at 5,150 rpm, which increases the mid-range punch on the Bear 650 as compared to the other Twin models. The innovative 2-1 exhaust system enhances torque and offers a broader powerband, while the compact single silencer reduces weight and adds to the scrambler aesthetic.

Scramble in Style

Chunky tires with retro flavor, open square tread blocks, contoured scrambler seats, 2-1 exhaust, kicked-up rear loop, competition number board and raised ground clearance — each element on the Bear 650 conveys its true Scrambler DNA. Additionally, the inclusion of a competition number board gives the motorcycle a heritage scrambler look, an ode to the scrambler motorcycles of yore.

Accentuating the scrambler aesthetic further are the five striking colorways inspired by the vibrant spirit of California. Boardwalk White, Petrol Green, Wild Honey, Golden Shadow and a special edition color called Two Four Nine, paying tribute to Eddie’s iconic race winning number. Together, all these elements make the Bear 650 a scrambler that embodies the spirit and style of the 1960’s desert racing scene of California.

Boardwalk White contains the Bear 650 base level MSRP of $6,849 USD/$8,899 CAD. Petrol Green and Wild Honey will share the common MSRP of $6,999 USD/$9,199 CAD. Golden Shadow and Two Four Nine round out the lineup with pricing of $7,099 USD/$9,349 CAD and $7,199 USD/$9,549 CAD respectively.

The Quintessential “Bad-Roader”

For those who crave a quintessential “badass” scrambler experience, the Bear 650 gets a revised and stronger chassis, Showa USD big piston forks in the front with 130-millimeter travel and Showa Twin tube RSU at the rear with 115-millimeter travel aid provide a pliant experience while riding on the tarmac. Higher ground clearance of 184-millimeter coupled with the combination of 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels, fitted with dual-purpose tires, provides an authentic scrambler look, improves grip and lends it mild off-road ability. The contoured seat of the Bear 650 has been designed to allow the rider to move around freely and prevent the rider from slipping while riding on rough surfaces. A wide handlebar and neutrally positioned footpegs provide uncramped and confident ergonomics. The motorcycle is equipped with a 320-millimeter front disc and 270-millimeter rear disc for superior braking performance with the option of switching off rear ABS while riding on broken roads or graded trails.

Not-So-Basic Instinct — Modern Scrambler Essentials

Inspired by legacy but modern in many aspects, the Bear 650 is equipped with Tripper Dash. The all-new TFT display has a simple user interface and experience for easy comprehension on the move. The black aluminum switch cubes and joystick aid in effortless and intuitive interaction while using the Tripper Dash. The Google Maps integration and USB-C charging port provide more confidence for urban exploration. A first on the twins platform, the motorcycle also gets full LED lighting for increased visibility and scrambler aesthetics.
