[dropcap]N[/dropcap]ational Powersport Auctions (NPA) has opened its latest facility on the outskirts of Philadelphia. The company says vehicles are being delivered daily in order to be ready for its first live auction set for early January.
“We are extremely excited to announce the opening of our fifth facility located just north of Philadelphia, in the town of Bristol, Pennsylvania,” says NPA founder and CEO, Cliff Clifford. “We spent the past three years researching the industry and exploring facilities until we found the right fit for our dealers.” Now dealers throughout the Northeast can take advantage of the world’s largest pre-owned powersports auction located in their backyard.
The first dealer auction at the new location is set for January 11, 2017. The new location is near the intersection of the 95 and 276 highways, 29 miles from the Philadelphia airport.

The 35,000 square foot facility will accommodate more than 500 units per month and will house meeting rooms, offices and condition report stations like the other NPA operations in San Diego, Dallas, Cincinnati and Atlanta.
NPA says it has had an eye on the east coast for a long time because of the high population density and strong dealer network.
“Once we had solidified the idea, we double-checked the MIC data and conducted dealer surveys,” says Jim Woodruff, NPA’s chief operating officer. “The results were overwhelmingly positive as we found that there are many top operating dealers in the region. Despite the seasonality, they produce strong sales numbers year round in both new and pre-owned product.”
The one-two punch for this dealer-only auction facility will be overseen by NPA’s newest GM and long-time industry professional Bob Fitzpatrick.
“I am looking forward to expanding the NPA footprint and I invite all dealers to see our first NPA auction in action on Wednesday January 11th, 2017”, states Fitzpatrick. Along with Fitzpatrick, NPA’s sales manager Dusty Krepp will also be headquartered at the new Philly location.
