Find it Now GPS Security (FIN) has reported another successful recovery of a 2024 Yamaha YFZ450R ATV. The FIN theft recovery team received a call from the ATV’s owner on Oct. 11, 2024 to report the theft. The team immediately started to track the ATV as the owner contacted her local police department to report it stolen.
Using data provided from the FIN GPS security device, FIN shared the information with the owner and local police. FIN then communicated directly with responding officers and informed them of the exact location at the time. The ATV moved several times and was eventually tracked and located at the thief’s home, where it had been stored in the garage. Police were then dispatched to that residence and safely recovered the ATV.
The ATV showed no signs of damage and was returned to its rightful owner. A big thank you goes to Pete’s Cycles in Baltimore for a great installation, along with the response of the Baltimore Police Department for the safe recovery.
